Mission Statement
Strives to promote its members’ common business interests and improve businesses conditions associated with the delivery of health care to its members’ eligible employees and beneficiaries
These objectives shall be achieved in part by:
Pooling its members’ collective resources to achieve lower hospital and health care costs, a higher quality of hospital and health care services, lower transactional costs, economies of scale, and other market efficiencies
Negotiating agreements with hospitals and other health care providers pursuant to which they will provide hospital and other health care services of the highest quality to its members’ eligible employees and beneficiaries on a discounted basis
